Shipping & Delivery Policy

We take great care to ensure your handmade edible favours arrive in the best possible condition.

Processing Time

• Orders are handmade to order.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for production (depending on size of order) before your order is shipped (unless otherwise agreed).

Shipping Days
To help prevent your chocolates and confectionery from sitting in courier depots over the weekend, all orders are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

Packaging
All edible favours are carefully packed in insulated shipping boxes with protective packaging to help maintain product quality during transit.

Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once your parcel has been handed to the courier.

Warm Weather
As our products are food items, particularly chocolate, there is always a small risk of softening or melting during extremely hot weather. We use insulated packaging to minimise this risk, but we cannot accept responsibility for delays or damage caused by extreme temperatures or courier handling after dispatch.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the courier.

Food Safety
For health and food safety reasons, edible products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
