Payment

Payment must be received in full before your order will be prepared and dispatched.

Handmade Products

As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, decoration and appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade items and do not affect their quality.

Food Products

Our favours are edible products. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and ensuring the products are suitable for their dietary requirements and allergies.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays only in insulated packaging to help maintain product quality. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our edible products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assess the issue.

Event Dates

If you require your order for a specific event or wedding date, please place your order well in advance. While we dispatch orders promptly, we cannot accept responsibility for courier delays that are beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products supplied, to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
