WHEN TO ORDER: We recommend booking your favors 4 to 6 weeks in advance to secure your date in our production calender.

FRESHNESS GUARANTEE: We do not prepare your treats weeks in advance. We coordinate our creation schedule with your timeline so your order is delivered 3 to 5 days prior to your event.
PEACE OF MIND: We know event planning is stressful!! You will receive a reassurance email from us one week before your event to confirm your order is in track and ready for production

As this is a food product, all sales are final. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order once it has been delivered. We cannot be responsible for delays, damage or spoilage caused by incorrect delivery information, missed deliveries, or parcels left unattended after delivery.
